The Orange County Master Arts Festival connects young artists in Orange County and provides them with a formal platform to not only express their enthusiasm and talent for art, but also communicate with other artists. We aspire to recognize these young artists and reward them for their extraordinary artwork. We hope to provide an opportunity for students to contribute to and influence society, especially in youth art education and promotion.
